OUR MISSION

FATTER is an international creative community connecting artists across borders. We produce film and theatre rooted in lived experience, bringing together creatives from different disciplines to develop projects and build lasting relationships.

We champion female and queer artists and believe collaboration is at the heart of meaningful work. Every project is an opportunity to challenge one another, and create stories that couldn't exist alone.

At its core, FATTER exists to connect people. We're building a global community where artists can find collaborators, share perspectives, and make work that reaches further because it was made together.

Your next project could be FATTER.

July Spotlight

Cover of a book titled "Imaginary Friend" with a simple, black line drawing of a chair on a blue background.

JULY marks another exciting milestone for FATTER with the launch of our very first newsletter and the debut of our new editorial space, featuring original writing from members of our creative community.

We're thrilled to kick things off with a short piece by actor and writer Nzingha Rothmiller, exploring the role of play and memory in the creative process. We hope this is the beginning of a space for artists to share ideas, spark conversations, and connect through storytelling—and we can't wait to see where it takes us.
